Additional Services
Set Up Services $250
We do set up. Meet with us and let us know how you want tables and chairs set up. When you arrive - just add your centerpieces and you are all set for the Big Day! This service keeps you from moving tables and chairs around for your event. For more information contact us.
Take Down Services $150
We handle the take down of tables and all chairs, etc. After the event just leave with your personal items and we will do the take down. For more information contact us.
Parking Attendants $100
2 individuals to assist parking for guest pre-wedding. Services will be for 1.5 hours. This is a highly recommended service for weddings with 175-200 guest. This service also is great to assure your guest are not parking in areas where you may want to take pictures. (This is not a valet service)
Server + Clean Up Services $150
Includes 1 Server- our servers will keep all food out and assist with cake cutting, punch, drink stations, food clean up and clearing of tables (It is required to have 1 server per 60 guest).
Server (includes all the above minus clearing guest tables and food clean up $100 per server)
Wedding Coordinator $450
Includes a Day of Coordinator that will meet with Bride/Groom one time prior to wedding to create a wedding day outline and have email and phone conversations to answer all your questions during your planning. Coordinator will direct wedding during rehearsal practice for ceremony and wedding ceremony/reception. This service takes stress off the Bride, Groom, and Families so they may enjoy this special day with ease!
